Terms of Service

Eligibility

Minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and must otherwise meet any minimum age required by their local law.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information accurate, current, and secure.

Guest accounts are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity or when you sign out; see the Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for data lost as a result.

By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You are responsible for the profile information and content you submit (nickname, profile image, self-introduction, messages, images, and voice messages). You may encounter content from other users that you find inappropriate. The Service is not obligated to retain your content — please keep your own backups.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license (including the right to monetize) to use, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service. This license survives deletion of the content for a commercially reasonable period, and we may retain copies of deleted content.

Intellectual property

The software, design, and trademarks that make up the Service belong to its operator or other rightful owners. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer them without permission.

Prohibited conduct

You may not: infringe others' intellectual property or rights; violate applicable law or public order; engage in or promote criminal activity; impersonate others or harass anyone; disrupt the Service or place excessive load on it; access the Service through unauthorized means, bots, or automation; send spam or unsolicited solicitations; or trade, transfer, lend, or exchange coins with other users or third parties (including so-called real-money trading).

Moderation

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts we determine, at our discretion, to violate these Terms or otherwise be inappropriate.

Advertising

The native app may display third-party advertising (e.g. Google AdMob). We are not responsible for damages caused by ads or third-party sites reached through them.

Rewards earned by watching ads can only be used within the Service, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Coins

Silver coins (earned through the login bonus, rewarded ads, coupons, or connected services) and gold coins (purchased with real money) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes, regardless of how they were obtained.

The conditions, amounts, and rules for granting coins may change without notice. Coins obtained by illegitimate means may be confiscated, and the account concerned may be suspended or deleted.

Users below the minimum age required by their local law may not use paid features.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See the Disclaimer for details.

We are not responsible for data loss or corruption caused by communication failures, unauthorized access, or system failures, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Any dispute arising from your violation of these Terms is your responsibility to resolve, at your own expense.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as needed; registered users will be notified by email of material changes.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, for any reason.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
